How will I recognize my chauffeur for the Atlanta airport shuttle service?
For domestic and international flight arrivals, your chauffeur will meet you in the designated chauffeur waiting area near the entrance to baggage claim. If you arrive on American Airlines, your chauffeur will be positioned at the lower level baggage area holding a sign displaying your name.What will my chauffeur wear?
MTI Limo and Shuttle Services maintains a professional uniform standard. Your chauffeur will be dressed in a black suit, white dress shirt, black dress shoes, and tie. Our shuttle drivers wear white shirts, black ties, black slacks, black shoes and socks, and are required to display a company name tag.Are your vehicles handicap accessible?
We are committed to accommodating all customers, including those with disabilities. Our fleet includes handicap-accessible shuttle buses and smaller vehicles suitable for individual transportation and group trips. We do not provide refunds for late arrivals resulting from traffic, poor road conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control. All cancellations must be communicated to MTI Limo and Shuttle Services via phone. We cannot accept cancellations submitted by fax, email, or voicemail as official notification.Are there cancellation fees?
Cancellation fees are calculated based on the total confirmation amount and the number of days prior to service that you cancel. Our complete cancellation fee schedule is available in our downloadable policies and procedures handbook.Do you charge for a no-show?
A no-show fee equal to 100% of the trip cost plus applicable waiting time will be charged when passengers fail to appear at the designated location. To avoid this charge, passengers should not leave the pickup location without notifying MTI Limo and Shuttle Services in College Park, GA by phone. MTI Limo and Shuttle Services is monitoring the coronavirus situation in the United States closely, following recommendations from appropriate national agencies. Regarding refunds, we adhere to our established policies outlined in our Charter Agreement. As there are no national restrictions on domestic travel, we will not automatically refund payments due to travel restrictions imposed by schools, businesses, or groups, though each request will be individually reviewed by management. Groups may postpone trips with payments handled as follows: full fund application for trips rescheduled within 2020, or 50% application for trips rescheduled for January 2021 or later. We continue to take extensive precautions to maintain vehicle sanitation and recommend that groups exclude sick individuals from travel. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
