2. Final headcount

Before making your booking, make sure you already have the final headcount. It would be a waste of money to book a standard charter bus that can fit 55 passengers when only 44 people in the group have confirmed. Alternatively, it will ruin your plans for the trip if you booked a smaller vehicle when additional invitees confirmed at the last minute.
