The 2009 Gateway Experience Airport FAM has wrapped up and we are happy to report it was a successful event! Special thanks to you and the entire staff at MTI for a job well done.
The level of customer service that was demonstrated to the FAM attendees was outstanding! Some of the comments included, but were not limited to the following: “The range of vehicle types in this fleet is fantastic!”, “Wow! MTI seems to have the right vehicle to cover any type of transfer need!” These comments, along with others, proved that the ACVB made the best choice in partnering with MTI on this event.
It has truly been a professional and personal pleasure working with your team.

I want to thank you guys very much, my grandkids and there friends had the best time every. We really enjoyed Trainer the drive (hope that was his name). Please tell him the kids were telling everybody about ther fun and the driver let them listen to good music, so tell him thank you for helping our kids to have a great birthday. Thank you all for getting me taken care of. We will deffinatley plan something else with you all.

I reserved a limo for my son and his friends for his birthday. The staff was courteous and knowledgeable. They walked the through the process and kept in constant contact with me. When the "big" day came, the driver called me continually and gave me updates. The limo was beautiful, clean, and fully with sodas and water for my son and his friends. The driver went out of his way to make my sons day one that he would never forget. Thank you MTI for an unforgettable experience!! Thank you Isaac for being such a delightful driver!

I wanted to express my gratitude and thanks for the superb job Mr. Richard Smilley and Mr. Sylvester Corbin did for us in regards to our contract with your company to provide transportation to a tree planting ceremony for participants attending our conference this week.
Richard did an absolute wonderful job of listening to my requests and coordinating it. He was very responsive to my calls and emails and always has an answer for me...usually, "and I'll make sure everything turns out great." It certainly did!
Sylvester was second to none as he drove us safely through the streets of Atlanta with our numerous stops (we did more than the tree planting) and served as a tour guide and historian as we passed interesting places in the city. He was always courteous, informative and very helpful to the participants (handing the ladies up or down from the coach, providing refreshments) and he waited patiently as we left the coach to plant the tree, toured Trees Atlanta HQ bldg, toured the King Visitor's Center and toured Dr. King's Birth Home (birth home wasn't originally scheduled -- we lucked up to get there at the right time)!! He treated us like it was a bus of 27 rather than just 5!!
My sincere thanks again for yet another wonderful experience with your company. I will certainly call upon you all again.

I want to thank driver Issaac for his loyalty yesterday in picking me up at the airport. My flight was delayed several times in Charlotte and I didn’t arrive in Atlanta until midnight. He was there to pick me up and get me to the REDI to my car. Once again, thanks for all of your help. It was greatly appreciated.

Thank you for the outstanding support with the transportation for our event this past week. I would appreciate your passing along our personal thanks to Sylvester - our driver through out the entire event. He was incredible professional, personable, and very accommodating to everyone that attended the event. I received so many positive comments about Sylvester, and he has actually been mentioned in the on-line posts as a follow-up for this event is a very affirmative manner.
