This was my first time chartering a 59 passenger motor coach for our family reunion from Columbia, GA to Washington D.C. MTI has a professional staff ready to assist you in planning every detail of your transportation needs. Sabrina was very helpful in assisting us to map out our itinerary. The driver (Dwayne) was very patience, courteous, puncture and very professional. The charter bus was up to date, well maintained, clean and comfortable. Thank you so much for your service this weekend as we traveled from Atlanta, GA to Knoxville, TN. We had a very large group and your drivers handled it perfectly. Special thanks to Ken and Emmanuel, who were wonderful drivers and very patient with everyone traveling on the busses. They were excellent with following the given itinerary and always on time. I cannot give them high enough praise.
All of the busses were always clean and we never had any problems. Your company provides excellent service and we will be sure to use them again for future out of town events that we may be holding. Thank you again.

I reserved a limo for my son and his friends for his birthday. The staff was courteous and knowledgeable. They walked the through the process and kept in constant contact with me. When the "big" day came, the driver called me continually and gave me updates. The limo was beautiful, clean, and fully with sodas and water for my son and his friends. The driver went out of his way to make my sons day one that he would never forget. Thank you MTI for an unforgettable experience!! Thank you Isaac for being such a delightful driver!

I wanted to express my gratitude and thanks for the superb job Mr. Richard Smilley and Mr. Sylvester Corbin did for us in regards to our contract with your company to provide transportation to a tree planting ceremony for participants attending our conference this week.
Richard did an absolute wonderful job of listening to my requests and coordinating it. He was very responsive to my calls and emails and always has an answer for me...usually, "and I'll make sure everything turns out great." It certainly did!
Sylvester was second to none as he drove us safely through the streets of Atlanta with our numerous stops (we did more than the tree planting) and served as a tour guide and historian as we passed interesting places in the city. He was always courteous, informative and very helpful to the participants (handing the ladies up or down from the coach, providing refreshments) and he waited patiently as we left the coach to plant the tree, toured Trees Atlanta HQ bldg, toured the King Visitor's Center and toured Dr. King's Birth Home (birth home wasn't originally scheduled -- we lucked up to get there at the right time)!! He treated us like it was a bus of 27 rather than just 5!!
My sincere thanks again for yet another wonderful experience with your company. I will certainly call upon you all again.

I want to thank driver Issaac for his loyalty yesterday in picking me up at the airport. My flight was delayed several times in Charlotte and I didn’t arrive in Atlanta until midnight. He was there to pick me up and get me to the REDI to my car. Once again, thanks for all of your help. It was greatly appreciated.

Thank you for the outstanding support with the transportation for our event this past week. He was incredible professional, personable, and very accommodating to everyone that attended the event.
